Factory Price 15kva 16 kva Single Phase Oil Immersed Distribution Transformer
⚡
Single phase pole mounted transformers are specifically designed for stepping utility distribution voltages (from 2400V to 34500V) down to lower utilization voltages. While some units serve commercial and industrial needs at voltages such as 277V, 240/480V, 2400V, and 4800V, the majority are utilized for the single phase 120/240V residential supply.
These transformers are also suitable for small substations and various miscellaneous applications. We offer two primary types: the conventional pole mounted transformer and the Completely Self Protected (CSP) transformer, with power ratings available up to 167kVA.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the difference between Conventional and CSP transformers?
Conventional transformers require external protective devices, whereas Completely Self Protected (CSP) units include internal high-voltage fuses, secondary circuit breakers, and integrated surge arresters for better lightning and overload protection.
What international standards do your transformers meet?
Our transformers are designed and tested to meet or exceed ANSI/IEEE, CSA, and DOE energy efficiency standards, ensuring high performance and safety for global markets.
What is the typical production lead time?
For conventional distribution transformers, the standard production time is approximately 6 to 8 weeks, depending on the specific order volume and customization requirements.
Can these transformers be used for renewable energy projects?
Yes, our transformer solutions are widely used in renewable energy projects, including solar power, wind power generation, and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS).
Do you provide technical reports for the testing phase?
Absolutely. Each transformer undergoes strict routine tests, and a detailed test report identified by the serial number is provided for every unit.
Is customization available for specific voltages?
Yes, our engineering team can customize the high voltage (up to 34500V) and low voltage parameters to match the specific grid requirements of your country or project.
