Structural Characteristics
1. Iron Core: High quality cold-rolled crystal-oriented silicon steel (30Z140) with pulling board frame structure for noise control.
2. Winding: Mature structure with insulation power field intensity controlled below 1.6kV/mm.
3. Body: Multi-coil whole assembly processed in constant voltage to enhance mechanical and electric strength.
4. Leading Wire: Reasonably laid out to guarantee electric distance and mechanical strength.
5. Oil Tank: Bell jar type structure for strength and aesthetics; vacuum oiling prevents leakage and distortion.
6. Oil Conservation: Capsule type with finger oil level indicator, equipped with oil-sealed moisture absorber.
7. Safety: Gas relay and reliable pressure release devices with downward oil spray direction.
