Oil Immersed Distribution Transformer Conservator Outdoor Transformer Oil Substation 3 Phase Transformer Power 1250 33kv

Product Description

Power Transformer Overview
⚙️ Structural Features
S9-M Hermetically sealed oil-immersed power transformer of 6-10kv
Transformer Structure
Iron core The iron core is made of cold-rolled grain-oriented silicon steel with high magnetic conductivity, with inclined joint laminated structure. Section of the core limbs is of multi-class ladder round, with uniform section with that of yoke.
Winding The winding adopts corrugated oil duct with non-dipping process, bound by shrinkable tape; all winding are of concentric coils; taps of HV winding with corresponding tapping voltage shall be led to the tap switch, and the switch shall be installed on the box cover. Power supply must be cut off first when changing the tapping voltage.
Protection Device Transformers of all capacity specifications have been equipped with pressure relief valve. Gas relay with alarm and tripping terminals is available on request.
Temperature Measurement All the transformers are equipped with tube holder for glass-stem thermometer that is set on the top of oil tank, and immersed in oil for about 120 ± 10 mm. 1000~2000 kVA transformer is equipped with outdoor signal thermometer.
Transformer Oil Tank Transformer oil tank is corrugated of corrugated walls with powder painted surface and reinforced with film. Corrugated cooling fin not only has cooling function, but also has "breathing" function, the elasticity of corrugated cooling fin make it adapt to the change of oil volume due to change of temperature. This hermetically sealed design does not require a conservator, which decreases the height of the transformer.

The transformer adopts vacuum oil-injection technology during encapsulation that thoroughly removes the moisture and keeps the oil from contacting the air. This prevents insulation performance reduction and oil aging.

Frequently Asked Questions
Q1: What are the advantages of a hermetically sealed transformer? A: It isolates the transformer oil from the air, preventing moisture and oxygen from entering. This significantly slows down oil aging and improves insulation reliability.
Q2: How does the corrugated tank handle oil volume changes? A: The corrugated cooling fins have a "breathing" function; their elasticity allows them to expand and contract to adapt to oil volume changes caused by temperature fluctuations.
Q3: Can these transformers be installed in high-altitude areas? A: Standard models are designed for altitudes up to 1000m. If you require installation at higher altitudes, please specify this during the order process.
Q4: What materials are used for the iron core? A: We use high-quality cold-rolled grain-oriented silicon steel with high magnetic conductivity and an inclined joint laminated structure.
Q5: Is it possible to change the tapping voltage while the transformer is running? A: No, the power supply must be cut off first before changing the tapping voltage via the tap switch.
Q6: What safety devices are standard on these units? A: All units are equipped with pressure relief valves. Gas relays with alarm and tripping functions are also available upon request.
