The SCBH15 series amorphous alloy dry-type transformer is the most advanced energy-saving dry-type transformer in modern times. The high-voltage coil is wound with H-class high-strength enamelled wire, the low-voltage coil is wound with copper foil, vacuum pressure casting, and the iron core is rolled from amorphous alloy strip.

The no-load loss is 75% lower than that of S11, and the load loss is 15% lower. Amorphous alloy uses an advanced ultra quench technology to spray liquid melts such as iron, cobalt, boron and silicon onto a chassis with extremely high speed and rapidly cool them to form a 0.02mm-0.04mm thin strip. It has excellent properties like soft magnetic, corrosion resistance, wear resistance and high resistivity.

It has the characteristics of maintenance free, moisture and heat resistance, fire prevention, explosion-proof, small partial discharge and strong heat dissipation capacity. All places where ordinary dry-type transformers are used now (including airports, stations, urban subways, high-rise buildings and power plants, etc.) can be replaced by amorphous alloy dry-type transformers.

⚙️ Performance Features
The coil is wound with copper wire or foil and reinforced with glass fiber. The epoxy resin is vacuum dried, degassed and dehumidified without filler. It has high mechanical strength and impact resistance.
The head and end of the high-voltage winding and the middle tapping adopt the copper insert embedded structure, which has good rigidity and is easy to adjust gears.
The iron core is made of oriented cold-rolled silicon steel sheets, with 45 degree fully inclined multi-step joints. The surface is covered with moisture-resistant resin insulation coating.
The iron core, clamp and coil are clamped by elastic parts to keep the coil in a stable compression state to reduce noise.
Designed for self-cooling with longitudinal ventilation ducts. With forced air cooling (fans), the output capacity can be increased by 20%.
