Q4: What is the product guarantee period?
We offer at least a two-year guarantee for all of our transformer products.
Q5: What is the standard delivery lead time?
It depends on your specific requirements and quantity. Generally, the delivery lead time is between 7 to 15 working days.
Q6: What are your payment and after-sales terms?
We accept 30% T/T in advance and 70% before shipment. West Union and L/C are also acceptable. We provide after-sale installation guides and question inquiry services.
