YB-PRE Compact substations (European box type substation) meet the standards of GB17467-1998 high and low voltage prefabricated substation and IEC1330. As a modern power distribution solution, it offers significant advantages over traditional civil substations.
Its compact design and durable structure allow for easy relocation, effectively shortening infrastructure cycles and reducing costs. This substation is designed for rapid power supply, simple maintenance, and unattended operation. It can be integrated deep into load centers to enhance power quality and network reliability.
The system integrates high-voltage switches, low-voltage distribution panels, and distribution transformers within a thermally insulated, ventilated shell. It features advanced temperature-controlled ventilation and automatic control devices to ensure optimal performance in outdoor environments.
Application: Suitable for unattended substations with 35kV voltage and capacity up to 5000KVA. Ideal for urban industrial areas, 10kV ring network systems, and rural power grids.
