Vacuum pressure impregnation plant is mainly used for motor and transformer coil treatment. Under the circumstance of vacuum pressure, the coil is dehydrated and degassed to reduce the impact of water and air on insulation. In the impregnation stage, the inner and outer structure is permeated by insulating varnish to upgrade insulation and improve overall electrical performance.
The purpose of vacuum impregnation is to improve moisture resistance, heat resistance, electrical conductivity, magnetic conductivity, and mechanical properties of motor coils. Vacuum pressure impregnation is a key process in quality control and production efficiency management, ensuring a more uniform and compact film for superior insulation performance.
